How to test the flow: open the Technician app in one window and the Office dashboard in another (side by side). Send an "on my way" from the tech, then open the Client simulator and reply — try typing something like "just pay me cash directly next time" and watch the office monitoring feed flag it. Everything syncs every couple seconds.
